Wayman Dream Homes Inc started operations in 2013. We are a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in construction. Our company places a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship, excellent service and a dedicated post-project follow up.

We also look to constantly improve our skills by staying on top of the latest techniques and materials that will increase quality and reduce customer costs.

Jobsite inspections and client updates are completed daily. This allows for our clients to voice any concerns that they might have.

Our Management Team

Jeremy Wayman – Director of Operations (Winnipeg/Yorkton)
Jeremy Wayman is the son of Robert Wayman and is the Director of Operations for both the Winnipeg and Yorkton branch. Jeremy has over 12 years’ experience in the construction industry as well as past project management experience. Jeremy is IICRC certified and holds a certificate as a WRT (Water Restoration Technician) and FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician) and is currently working on obtaining higher certifications.


Robert Wayman – Project and Site Manager (Winnipeg)
Robert Wayman is the Project and Site Manager for the newly developed Winnipeg branch. He has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and has numerous tickets and licences. Robert specializes in gas fitting as well as heating and cooling. He is W.E.T.T. certified and is currently working on obtaining IICRC certifications (Institution of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).


Darcy Chernipeski – Senior Finishing Foreman
Darcy Chernipeski is the Senior Finishing Foreman of the Yorkton branch. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Darcy is capable of various custom finishing tasks such as trim, custom cabinets, window and door installation and custom tile work.


Dean Beck – Branch Manager (Yorkton)
Dean Beck is the Branch Manager of the Yorkton branch and has 6 years of management experience. Dean has had past experience on various construction sites and is continuously gaining further knowledge in the field. Dean has former experience in project and office management and is also pursuing IICRC Certifications.


Brett Phillips – Office Manager (Winnipeg)
Brett Phillips is the Office Manager of the newly developed Winnipeg branch. He has over 4 years’ experience in management and has past experience in the administration field. Brett is currently pursuing IICRC Certifications.
